Our client, a leading provider of next-gen diagnostic services in Miami, sought to develop a platform enabling users to access a range of healthcare services. These services included appointment scheduling, secure payments, receiving detailed health reports, and the ability to securely review their results with interpretation, as well as view KT and MT images using an integrated 3D library. Additionally, the client required a CRM system to manage customer service requests efficiently and effectively.
